Turtle Tots Academy, LLC. is locally owned and directed by Heather Laager. Heather is a lifelong resident of Saint Augustine; who has always had a passion for children and dreamed of one day opening her own childcare facility. In preparation for this dream she began taking care of children, working in the after school program and Summer camp program at the local Y.M.C.A., teaching and directing at local daycare’s and becoming a private nanny. She is a graduate of St. Augustine High School. She attended St. Johns College before continuing her education at First Coast Technical College where she completed numerous childcare course and went on to receive her Child Development Associate and Directors License.
